The 6 episode mind-job of FLCL in a not-so-brief synopsis:
It all starts with a boy named Naota. Naota is bored with his 'normal' life, school, and immature adults.
To put him in simple words, Naota is just a downer. One day everything changes when a strange woman named Haruhara Haruko
runs him over with her Vespa and wacks him in the head with her motored Guitar. Strange things start happening in the town of Mabase.
Things start coming out of Naots's head! Canti, a Medical Mechanical robot, for example.
Haruko would be to blame for all of this. "A wandering houskeeper" she calls herself before bieng hired by his father,
bunking with him, and identifying herself as an Alien. Haruko, being the epitome of the immature adults Naota Despises, and Naota bieng the
boring poor sport that Haruko doubts adiquate for what she has in mind for him, things don't work out well between the two. Haruko needs Naota more than he knows, and for what?
If you've seen this original sequence, you must understand how difficult it is to put Fooley Cooley into words. And to be honest, I haven't quite figured out what "Fooley Cooley" means...
